Another Victory for BBOX!!!!!

After a 205kms ride up to SuperBesse and then up and over a plateau at 1300m on saturday, yesterday the boys had a 2 hours recupe ride in the morning and in the afternoon we had a good 70kms ride with explosive efforts. short and sweet. When we'd left in the morning our team mate Fedrigo was in the front so we were all anxious to get back to see how he was doing. Last news we'd gotten from the car was he and pelizotti of liquigas had attacked the tourmalet, a climb Pierrick had recently raced.....a few kms later, the team car came by honking with Isamael shaking his fist in the air-Pierrick had won!!! Another team win, more bottles opened....this is becoming a habit Im enjoying!
on today's menu, rest day for the tour and for my boys a session of vo2 work that im sure theyll enjoy!
