Camp two over and off to Paris!/ Stage deux fini et direction Paris!

The 2nd camp in Parentignat went well though weather wise we had some large swings from 12 degrees and rain to 40 and blistering heat! I managed a few rides with the group which was good work and also allows me to assess fitness levels with a bit more exactitude than from the car. Getting lots sorted with powermeters, riders programs, and so forth!
Camp ended on the 21st and Philippe and I stayed with an old team mate from my french national team days, cecile odin and her family for the evening. Cecile took us on an epic trail run and we then headed to Paris for the tour final and to see my parents. The tour ended yesterday on the Champs Elysees and I did a lap behind the boys in the team car which really was good fun! Finished the eve in a disco in Paris and now a new season is in the works! stay tuned!

Notre deuxieme stage pour les non participants du tour a Parentignat c'est bien terminer malgré des temperatures de 12-40! On a fini le stage le 21 et avec Philippe on a passer une belle soirée et la nuit chez une ancienne equipiere de leqipe de France Cecile Odin et sa famille. Le matin Cecile et Jean Luc nous on emener courir un parcours trail assez redoutable! Apres dejeuner nous sommes parti pour Paris ou on a vecu l'arriver du Tour sur les Champs. Les gars sont bien en forme, certain on pu bien profiter pour s'affuter et la saison est reparti!
